happy [late] thanksgiving

For Thanksgiving, we made these:

The turkey looks weird because we spatchcocked it: removed the backbone and flattened it for more even and faster cooking. Result: a perfectly cooked turkey in 80 minutes. BOOM.


(+ rolls, stuffing, green beans, mashed potatoes)

We were thankful it tasted delicious.
